By accessing or using deaychat ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. Nature of Service
deaychat is a creative roleplay messaging platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). All characters, scenarios, and conversation content on the Platform are entirely fictional, generated by AI algorithms, and do not reflect the views, positions, or actual information of any individual, organization, or event.
The Platform acts as a technical intermediary, providing an interface for users to interact with third-party AI models. deaychat does not create, control, or edit real-time AI-generated content.
2. Conditions of Use and User Responsibility
To use the Platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- 18 years of age or older, or have consent and supervision from parents/legal guardians if aged 13-17 (for general age-appropriate content).
- Take full responsibility for the content you input into the Platform and how you use the AI-generated output.
- Understand and accept that AI content is automatically produced by algorithms and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or disconnected from reality.
3. Adult Content Access Policy (18+)
The Platform offers a "Private Space" option (displaying 18+ content) including explicit language, suggestive sexual content, fictional violence, or other sensitive topics. By enabling this mode, you formally commit and agree to the following strict legal standards:
- Age Requirement: You warrant that you are over 18 years old and have full civil capacity. Falsifying your age is a violation of law, and you assume full legal responsibility before authorities.
- Protection of Minors: You pledge strictly not to share, distribute, or enable anyone under 18 to access 18+ content on deaychat.
- Legal Basis: Accessing or distributing prohibited information or unlawful content is strictly prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted accordingly.
- Disclaimer: All 18+ content generated by AI systems is entirely fictional. The Platform operates as an intermediary and assumes no legal liability or compensation for any impact arising from your voluntary access to such content.
- Intervention and Investigation Cooperation: deaychat reserves the full right to remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts violating terms without prior notice. We will collect IP and access logs, and cooperate closely with authorities by providing all user information upon signs of serious legal violations (especially involving child exploitation or violent incitement).
4. User-Generated Content
Users may create characters, roleplay scripts, and share them with the community. When publishing public content, you commit that:
- Content does not violate local and international laws.
- You will not impersonate others or use unauthorized personal images or data.
- You will not create content that incites violence, racism, or child exploitation in any form.
deaychat reserves the right to remove any violating content without notice and may suspend or permanently ban violating accounts.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Platform, you must not:
- Use the Platform to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in a sexual context.
- Create content inciting the overthrow of government, sabotage of national security, or violation of cybersecurity laws.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or dox other individuals.
- Interfere technically with the system, exploit security vulnerabilities, or attack Platform infrastructure.
- Use bots, automated scripts, or similar tools to abuse system resources.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or administrative systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
deaychat provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis:
- AI content is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological). Do not rely on AI content for critical real-world decisions.
- deaychat is not responsible for AI-generated content, including misinformation, inappropriate content, or misunderstandings.
- deaychat is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
- Users take full responsibility for how they use AI tools and their self-created content.
7. Credit System
The Platform utilizes an internal credit system ("strawberry") to manage usage quotas. Strawberry is not currency, holds no value outside the Platform, and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, source code, and UI designs of deaychat are the intellectual property of the development team. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform according to these terms.
Characters and scripts created by you remain your property, but you grant deaychat a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display such content within the Platform.
9. Termination of Service
deaychat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for term violations, or for security, legal, or technical reasons.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any arising disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be effective and published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
